Ubatec is a private company whose share holders are the following: the University of Buenos Aires, the City Government of Buenos Aires, the Argentine Industrial Union and the General Confederation of Industries.

Representing the meeting point between the scientific community, the production means and the public sector to produce scientific and technological knowledge sharing.
